Becoming a Member

Working together

Our first principle is to communicate openly with members, carers and professionals.

Our service manager and staff work closely with members, carers and professionals so that we can deliver a high standard of care.  You are encouraged to contact us so that we can discuss with you the possibilities of our helping in the care of your relative, friend or client.

We will always make sure you have as much information as you need to make you, feel comfortable in the knowledge that your relative, friend or client receives the best of services.

We suggest any new member visit to get a feel of our service. This enables us to discuss your preferences, interests and aims with us. We prefer a carer or referring agent to attend this first meeting to relieve anxiety and pressure.

We offer 2 free taster sessions before joining the Service.

We all experience change in our lives that effect our needs and preferences. The knowledge and understanding of members, carers and professionals is highly valued by all our staff.  We respond very quickly whenever we are alerted to issues brought to our attention.

Working with you and liaising in the future means we prevent deterioration in the mental health.

We are committed to high standards and specialise in supporting people who have mental illness so that their needs are addressed quickly.

If you are a carer or a professional we welcome your interest and look forward to hearing from you.

Any information provided to us is dealt with according to the Data Protection Act 1984 and our Confidentiality and Keeping Records Policy.
