Active Wesley Hall is the trading name of Wesley Hall Community Centre Ltd. It is a company limited by guarantee and also a charity serving educational purposes.
All its activities are governed by a Board of Trustees. They are Directors of the Company and are also the employers of staff, the Registered Person for Ofsted purposes and are accountable to auditors and funding sources for all financial affairs.
